As a first-generation American who grew up in South Florida, I was inspired early on by the resilience and entrepreneurship of the people around me. I admired those who started their own businesses—not just to build financial stability for their families, but to create jobs and opportunities within our community. This admiration sparked my passion for business and led me to pursue a career that started in consulting and has since evolved into entrepreneurship and small business advisory.

My journey into innovation and customer-centricity took shape at Deloitte Consulting’s New Business Innovation team (Deloitte Consulting's internal startup incubator), where I worked on cutting-edge solutions for the financial services industry. Through design thinking workshops and agile methods, I collaborated with industry leaders to identify emerging market opportunities and build products that truly aligned with customer needs. This experience deepened my belief that understanding your customers is the key to unlocking market potential.

After years of driving innovation at Deloitte, I am finishing up my MBA at Harvard Business School, where my significant involvement in the entrepreneurship ecosystem and classes has further fueled my drive to support early-stage businesses. My time at HBS has prepared and motivated me to launch User-First Advisors, a firm dedicated to helping founders and small business owners thrive by focusing on what matters most - their customers.

Most recently I've worked with Punchey, a SaaS company focused on building technology for local service businesses. There, I helped refine their product and go-to-market strategies, from creating customer personas to analyzing market segments and developing a digital marketing plan. My journey has been fueled by the excitement of helping founders transform their ideas into actionable strategies that put the user first.
